The Philosophy Question
Despite being a bona-fide character of much complication, I have some straightforward philosophies. My deliberate approach to life seems to (mostly) offset the complexity of my spirit. Walking my path while paying attention to my own ideology is generally convivial to my soul's happiness.
Find Your Passion
I have realised that connecting to your passions and living from that place is a happy and gratifying way of life. Passion encourages purpose, and is full of possibilities and magic potential.
Trust Your Journey
We all have one, a journey, that is, and everybody's is so beautifully unique. I do my best to follow the signposts sent to me along the trail and when I manage this successfully, life flows with better grace, and even the hard bits are somehow more tolerable. I do my best to be fully present in each moment, so that I can appreciate it, add to it, and also learn from it. There is always something new to learn, and I love that.
Be Happy With Who You Are
Through some hard knocks, I have discovered that it is easier to love who I am when I don't give a fart what everyone else is doing or thinking. Instead, I try to concentrate on my own talents, gifts, positivities and accept my limitations. You are who you are, so you may as well make the most of that, connecting to every bit of yourself fully and with great intention.
Be Kind, Love A Lot, Seek Gratitude but Be Wild and Free
It took me a while, but now that I have just tipped into my 40's, I am learning how to unshackle the shame, guilt and lack of self worth and let it go... Va va voom here I come. Yup, I still have a way to go, but what a ride. Being a good girl is not where it is at, and I am totally setting my wild spirit free. However, in my daily doings I try to weave together kindness, goodness and love and gratitude. This is so important to me.
Remember That YOU are In Charge Of Your Destiny - Always
You are SO in charge of your own destiny! Own that fact. The more you own it, the better the direction you can steer your life in with no limits on the places you go.
So, those are my philosophies. When you add in some adventure, a lot of laughter, lashings of scrumptious food (especially cake) and friends and family to share it all with, life is OK. It's more than OK. It's AMAZING.
