All our items are carefully packaged to ship to you, but sometimes things can go wrong. If any of your items arrive faulty or damaged, please get in touch via email: email@example.com, within 7 working days of receipt. We will be more than happy to help and offer a replacement or refund.
Photographic proof will be required of any/all damage to the packaging and/or item. Upon return of the item the full price of goods will be refunded through the payment method used to purchase the goods.
Refunds will be issued on verification of damage and faults.
